Do I understand you to say that Hammy "went organic" and then DIED? I mean, I hate to confuse correlation with causation, but--jeez!
Thank you for the hat tip! :-)I once had a much beloved Teddy bear hamster too. If I had run a similar experiment with "Norman", I'm pretty sure he would have dragged both sort of treats back to his larder, to be devoured at leisure.
