What he obviously means is that Nicole and her family will know the sex of the child she is having before it is born, but they will not be revealing it to the world until after the birth. Nothing goofy about that.
His guy earlier this year also confidently predicted no Oscars for Cate Blanchett, but that "No Country For Old Men" would win Best Picture and Best Director. He also said Lleyton Hewitt would make it to the 4th round of the Australian Open. That's all spot on. So far anyway.

He called me his “daughter” and gained my trust when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. He then took advantage of that trust and pressured me into sleeping with him to help me because it was the only way he said. He also made me smoke and drink to easily take advantage of me. Awful especially from someone who you thought of as a protector.
I feel deeply betrayed and traumatised by what happened. In my experience, he used lies and manipulation to take advantage of people who trusted him. What he did left me with emotional scars and made me feel like I didn’t want to live anymore. Happened last year but am still very traumatised…
I’m sharing this so others can be aware and protect themselves. Please don’t blindly trust someone just because they present themselves as a psychic, spiritual guide, or someone who claims to care about you. Trust your instincts and protect your boundaries.
